What is Yoga?

The simplest definition of Yoga is ‘union’ – a union between the mind and body. Yoga is a practice that helps you tune into your body and still your mind. Yoga is a mixture of poses, breathing techniques and meditation that will make you feel amazing. Try it, you’ll like it.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Definitely no! We do yoga to allow our bodies to become more flexible. My classes cater for all levels and encourage you to move at your own pace, within your own limits.

I have never done it before, can I join?

My classes are for all levels –from yoga pro to newbie – everyone is welcome.

What shall I bring?

Put on something comfortable. Bring yourself, some water and a yoga mat if you have one - the rest is taken care of.
